Liked our rooms where the carpet had been removed in answer to my request. Incredible location to attractions like Fiona Bleu Gallery, that was right by the hotel. It was across the quiet area.

Excellent location.
Old facilities, with little care. The wi-fi did not work properly.

Nothing!!! All was bad!!!
Was told there should be wificoverage all over, however not in our room. When I complained, he said he only could restart the accesspoint. They where using a standard crappy linksys Home-edition accesspoint, which is not made for supporting that amount of users nor the area. The breakfast was a giant joke, or should I say non-existing. Coffee, orangejuice and sweetcake is not what I will call breakfast, no matter what you'll call it. The service from the staff was also nonexisting. What ever you do, find an other place to stay.

Comfy beds that feel like sleeping on a cloud 🛏️, clean and modern rooms here. the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the bathrooms have stylish tile work.

The location.
The room was very basic. No clock, no table for the microwave- it sat on the small fridge. No blow dryer, no shampoo. The room looked as if parts had been recently remodeled but some parts were left old and crumbling. Just nothing very impressive and if we had planned on staying more than the 1 night we would have asked for a better room or changed hotels. I would not recommend this hotel and have already told others to avoid it.

I would classify this hotel as atrocious and would not recommend it for anyone! It looked bad from the outside and was even worse inside. We asked to be moved as the smell of bleach in the sparse, dull old fashioned room was totally overpowering. The member of staff had no customer service skills and he showed us another room then told us it would cost us another $60 dollars. We had already paid $145.77 for this "hotel" which was at least $100 dollars too much already. The staff member then told us to cancel our booking with yourselves but we assumed we would still have been charged so we were unable to do that. He did then give us another similar room which was just as poorly decorated/ furnished but at least it didn't smell of bleach. The continental breakfast included was not worth going for. I would complain to the hotel but we seen only one member of staff in this "hotel" and we had already complained bitterly to him. He was absolutely useless and didn't seem to care in the slightest. If you can give us a contact to write to for this hotel I will be happy to complain direct. In the meantime booking .com should remove this hotel from its website
